A huge thumbs up to AirstaAir! Eytan and his team were absolutely wonderful. I'm delighted with my new system of 3 ductless air conditioning units. The team of installers, Simran, Min, and Jot couldn't have been better. They took great care to ensure the system was not only well installed, but installed in such a way that the exterior of the home looks very esthetic. They were creative problem-solvers when they encountered a structural issue in my home and did an absolutely wonderful job. Not to mention, they treated my property with the utmost respect, were very careful to not cause a scratch of damage, and cleaned everything up perfectly afterwards. Eytan is one of the most patient and knowledgeable salespeople I've worked with. He took great care to show me multiple options and evaluate various alternatives to ensure that my needs would be met at a reasonable cost. The team is reliable, dedicated, and honest. We are thoroughly impressed with the entire AristaAir team. We have had a real tough time finding someone with real expertise to service our Georhermal unit. I contacted an industry expert and we chose AristaAir from a list of teams they recommended. We had several leaks in our unit and Eytan was quick to schedule a tech. When Yair arrived he was really helpful and keen on solving the problems once and for all. It took some trial and error, but Yair was patient and thorough. I can't say enough about their professionalism. They were quick to answer my questions via text and very reasonably priced. I'm taking the time to write this review because I am a grateful customer. We worked with Eytan to explore various air conditioning options for our new house that didn't come with a furnace or ducts. He was patient and helped identify the best options from a cost and efficiency standpoint. We were confident we were getting honest and reliable advice vs. getting sold on something more expensive than we needed. Everything was fair and transparent and there were no surprises. The project took three days to complete, but the installers were respectful and plesant to be around, which we were grateful for as one of our young children is still at home during the day. The lead installer, Simran, was very responsive to our wishes for where to place the equipment and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with the work. He took pride in making everything sure everything was done properly and also loooked good. Min and Jot were also plesant and courteous to work with and ensured things happened properly and quickly. We are very happy with how comfortable our house has become since getting the mini splits installed. We called  Aristaair when our AC stopped working. They responded promptly and provided a diagnostic of our system for $149. They gave use our options and we decided to purchase a new system from them. Their crew was very prompt professional and clean and did a great job. We are very happy with our new AC and we really liked how they explained our options with no pressure at all. We were able to make a clear decision and we are very satisfied with our decision.
